Has anyone received Amazon vouchers for mentioned transactions? 
If I pay bill on other app using Au card, will it be counted for 1st point?
If I pay to friend using scan and pay, will it be counted for 3rd point?

Last month i opened premium account and waiting for these vouchers..yes pay to friend should be counted as well. In my case 250 voucher was for scan n pay a month ago

Yes you will get according to terms and conditions mentioned. Usually it is within 60 days of completing the task and I got for all AU offers I availed till now!
