AU Bank Priority pass has charged for domestic airport lounge. They have charged 2600 and saying for domestic you should use credit card itself and for international use priority pass. It is not mentioned this condition in their policy,

Lounge has checked as well and confirmed it is complimentary and gave 0 rs bill
The bank has to anyway pay the actual charges to the lounge even for the complimentary access, so they can waive off as a special case. However there may be a tie-up with domestic lounges at a lower rate thru credit card, the access through priority pass may be charged a little higher by PP as per their uniform standard global rates.
Did they reverse the charge ?
I came across a scenario where I used hdfc credit card for swiping instead of swiping priority pass card at the lounge counter. The guy at international PP lounge said my hdfc card has access and he swiped it. But later when i checked the statement I was charged nearly 84$ . HDFC bank is not reverting charges, they keep saying i should have used priority pass instead of swiping hdfc credit card. Which is truly confusing for me ? Can someone tell me how to proceed on this ?
Generally how does priority pass complementary international lounge visits work ? When we visit lounge they are asking only for credit card , they swipe and check whether priority pass is enabled or not ? Should we insist the lounge guy to swipe priority pass card which is given separately to us ?
This discussion was quite informative. I hope your charges get reversed, @ kumchangup. However, I have a doubt. My friend has an Infinia cc (hdfc). He uses the priority pass that came with his card at both international and domestic lounges without getting charged.

Next time i will not hand over credit card in international lounge. Looks like that guy screwed me up by swiping the card instead of PP . Well i was not aware about these , had i known the procedure i wouldnt have done that.
BTW this is my first international lounge visit . Have used domestic lounge without fuss.

Domestic is very easy, been to Dom Lounge so many times. In Domestic a 10th Standard kid can complete the process
