Axis ACE card - joining fee charged

I have Axis bank SB account and Axis Neo CC.

Around 5 weeks ago, while browsing through internet banking, there was an pre-approved option to apply for Axis ACE card.
I had applied. Next day some one came and took the Photo KYC after few hours there was a call from Axis CC representative for the confirmation of the ACE CC.

There was no status update after that. Last week, I had escalated to customer care via Email to find out the status. Some one again called for ACE card confirmation.
Yesterday, I see new ACE card on my internet banking App with Joining fee charged 499+gst.
It was supposed to be free from Joining and yearly fee as per the pre-approved offer. I did not take the screenshot of the offer.

Am I missing some thing here?
Do I need to contact them again to waive of the fee after receiving the physical card?
Is this joining fee and yearly fee are spend based wavier?

You got pre-approved offer. But whether the charges mentioned as Zero joining/annual fee (LTF) in NetBanking ?

ACE is not LTF card, only joining fee is waived off. Pre-approved doesn’t mean card is LTF. I am getting FK AXIS as pre-approved offer but when I click on details it shows 499+GST charges. Did you check details before applying?

There two different cards were shown as pre-approved and I applied for ACE card (which was shown as LTF as the other one was shown some fee).

I might have overlooked.
