Axis Ace card - Payzapp issue

I was trying to pay my child school fee registered in RedGiraffe thru Payzapp with Axis ace credit card.
I tried multiple time but the transaction failing mentioning Technical issues.
I called Axis CC and got to know its fine from there side.
what can be the issue of transaction failure. I tried both OTP and verified by visa password as well.

Cvv needed at last of transaction . Link cc again
@avgn Same issue with me for Bill payments failure on payzapp using Axis card. But works with other cards – ICICI/HSBC without cvv
But prepaid recharge worked for me smoothly and cb credited instantly
Its an ancient issue with no solution so far; though someone(I don’t remember name) here claimed its resolved after pursuing with Payzapp
I said at that time also this issue won’t be resolving permanently anytime soon & as expected it started happening again. People should stop wasting their time over this now(stop using axis flipkart/ace cards with payzapp).
Is Redgiraffe bill payment transaction done with ACE card saved on Payzapp eligible for 2% cashback?
It is not and issue but intentionally done by payzaap or axis.
I had the same issue.
I dialled payzapp customer card , the customer care agent told me it is the fault of the bank. I confidently told the agent that the solution is to add CVV option for my account and the agent could not reject it and CVV option was added for my account immediately and it worked after I retried after 10 mins. But they disabled CVV option again after a few days. The payzaap customer care already know this but if do not tell them to do it they will lie to you that it is bank issue and close the ticket. Either axis bank or payzaap is doing this to prevent the 1.5 or 2 percent cashback. If you try to add money to payzaap wallet using axis ace or axis Flipkart cc they will allow without any issue because wallet load has no cashback.
Never faced any issue with ace card and payzap . I usually pay rent with ace card . It always ask for CVV. Not sure about other payments .
