How do i convert my Axis bank salary account to Zero balance account what is the account type ?

From what I know, all salary accounts are zero balance accounts. Call the customer care to confirm the account type and minimum balance requirement.

Yes i have confirmed with axis customer care today, they have confirmed that currently it is zero balance & i am relieving from my organization and i am not interested to maintain as a normal saving account, if axis provide zero balance account, then will continue or there is no option for me to close the account

There is no zero balance account in axis... Your account can be downgraded to easy access account in which u have to maintain 12500 rs...
