I am paying a bill in freecharge for 40k + every month using my Axis kiwi credit card using UPI. in initial days it was ok, but now they are blocking the transaction saying , against bank policy ("the transaction was identified as risky as per your bank/UPI policy).
when i check with customer care, they are saying to give some proof to white list the trasactions . is it even legal or any bank will ask like this.
Please suggest me an alternate rupay cards which give better reward rate for UPI payements.
They blocked my amc purchase of 10k from eureka forbes using QR saying risky. Same transaction went through using card number direclty.
Is ₹40,000 electricity bill for home? Seems very high.
If it is of a commercial establishment, then it is not counted as personal transaction and bank may block the transaction or block the card too.
40k utility each month is commercial usage on personal credit card.
if the bills are genuine usage/legal then what is the harm in sharing the bills if you are using the card legally?
