Axis bank credit card issued without consent

I contacted Axis CS for some issue and CS started selling me a Health credit card which I declined that I don’t need any card, but she started giving me benefits and other features of that card and I disconnected the call.
She called backed me and again started putting pressure to apply for this card you will get this and that. I kept declining that I don’t need any card.
She said I am sending you a number and you can call on that number if you want this card. I said okay. And she processed that card and now that card is showing in my mobile baking app, with I think 900 rs charges. I have not accepted card delivery.
I have done 1st level complaint on the Axis bank site.
What should I do know?

Which card they allotted? Are you already have any cc with axis? Usually they don’t give cc easily. Thats why i am asking.

I have been given issued a credit card by Axis without my consent in the past during my account opening. Very cheap tactics by Axis bank.
Returned it as soon as I got.

My fees is reversed now and my card is cancelled

@nikniknik don’t accept card delivery. You should not start using it, although it can be returned after that as well.
