so they say to SMS card last 4 digit to 56161600, i dont want to pay any charges is there is another way to know customer ID for free so that i can login to netbanking , i already have activate card and using it on mobile app

same issue only mobile app i can see cc not netbanking , no account in axis

Does you mobile plan allow sending sms to 10 digit numbers? If yes, send the same sms to +918691000002

My BSNL plan doesn’t allow sms to non 10 digit numbers so one of the dimer here helped me to get this number.

Even if you get customer ID you won’t be able to login on website

‘Officially’ they don’t support it but some have managed to get it done via CC

If you manage to get Customer iD.
Ping them on Twitter https://twitter.com/Ax...nk and tell them you can’t log in on net banking.
Also mention Customer iD and mobile number with a screenshot of the issue.
You will be able to log in to the website after 7 days.

Then there is no way he can get the ID unless email support team is so generous in giving him the ID if requested via registered email.

contact them through chat support using those registered mobile number and card last 4 digits, they have the wherewithal to provide what you need.

If OP can’t even spend some bucks to get the customer id then he will never use his axis account till axis bank apologize and give him customer id even if it breached bank’s security policy… becoz he don’t like spending a penny for his cause.

still chat support person will not give him details, if something happens wrong with that customer id, support person’s Job will be on the line, better follow the options which bank have setup not the ones where you waana own the bank and banks employee just becoz you can’t spend some bucks to send the sms… OP is here on wrong side.

for add on cards, axis provides separate customer ids which can’t be obtained by sms and moreover simply by knowing customer ids or account numbers anyone can’t do any frauds

it’s trial and error. so first try their d.o.b. and if it doesn’t work out then give primary card holder’s d.o.b.

@demerius2020 – go to axis bank tell them your mobile number , they will give you yours Customer id , but you wont be able to login , at least that was my case , no idea about others , do let us know how you resolved

Yes , I went to ATM and registered my Credit Card , set PIN and used the same to Login into Axis app
Axis sent sms that they have couriered PIN via some courier services , but no such
package received , that too 3 times ( 3 Credit cards of family members )
