if Axis succeeds in acquiring citi’s India business, how’s that going to affect existing citi credit card holders?
And how’s that going to affect user-acquisition strategy in future after take over by axis .
most importantly, how will axis manage customers who have existing relationship with both banks (credit cards)?
and how would Axis treat a customer who would like to have credit card from both banks after the take over?
Please share your expectations, insights and anticipations.
