Having axis card with limit of 30k but used 20k, now bill genaration date is 10th .
So should i pay 10-11k to make bill under 30% utilisation??
Purchased order(7th June) entry still showing In-Progress , will it settled in this bill or carried forward to next??

30% Utilisation ?? Looks Like U R Talking About Cibil Report.
Axis Bank Cibil Reporting Date Is Month End 30/31st.
So Pay 70% Bill One Day Before The Month End To Keep 30% Utilisation Ratio (Use App That Will Instantly Settle In Card Account).

Take some icici cards
They offer good limits and bring utilisation ratio to very low

Utilisation is average % of all cards you hold
Not on an individual basis.
