I am a only axis credit card customer not having bank account. I have customer ID but unable to login invalid user credentials error.complain to customer care but they are saying website login not available for credit card only customer is this true for axis bank. Only used app
Any axis bank credit card holder plz confirm this.

I had exactly the same problem when I took Axis Ace Credit Card. By default user account is deactive. I had login Id but it was saying invalid credential. You just tell CC that please activate my account, it is in deactive mode at the moment.

@sliced so it works for you now? I got my customer ID by texting CUSTIDCC to some no axis has mentioned.
Customer care tells me use the app 
I don’t even show up as existing customer for new card application

but how ? when i tried it did not let me log in and asked me register for inet banking.. ans when i tried registering for inet banking it said invalid for user

If I recall correctly i did this way.. “You can also SMS “CustID” for savings account or CustIDCC XXXX for Credit card only customers to 56161600 from your registered mobile number to know your Customer ID.” and using the cust ID i registered… but a few times a faced issues in logging in… they threw security questions which were not associated with my account..

i already have the custId with me as it was mentioned in the app when i had registered and luckily i’d taken the screenshot.
