do you get 2% cashback, capped at Rs 500 monthly?
Btw the AMB of Rs 75K and debit card annual fees of Rs 500 is quite high, you might be having the salary account.

How to degrade from Priority to Liberty without visiting branch?
They are going to charge for not maintaining bal in Priority from this month.
Priority is just useless, yet they advertise as 50K saving per year – shameless Axis

I believe offering monthly cashback of 5% or 10% for a savings account is not sustainable in the current scenario of economic recession and increasing NPAs. All banks have gradually withdrawn/reduced their cashback offers. Maybe Liberty/Prestige account is a new launch product, so they want to fulfill their targets by offering cashback. This may be withdrawn after a few months. Offering cashback on a lower account category and not on their premium Priority category defies logic.

Surely their is no reason to continue with Axis Priority now, you can either shift to Liberty/Prestige or close the account.
