Milestone bonus will be applicable from 2nd calendar month onwards. Before you get looted trying to loot ax is
Start spending from 1st January, not this month. However, you can do a small transaction on Paytm/Amazon to activate the card.
@Tradingfriend may i know the process of magnus? Previous card limit and upgrade process?

how did you get this card ??
Welcome to the Magnus Club 😄
Though milestone bonus is applicable from second month as per terms and conditions, many have received for first month also (as per social media posts). If you have the relevant spends, you can give it a try by spending 1 lakh this month. But the bonus 25000 reward points will be received within 90 days. Axis has been posting these on time till now.

I didn't know that, that's news to me.
It is for certain available from the second calendar month but if he has relevant experience, that changes things...
Ransome wrote:Just to confirm, the second month refers to the month subsequent to the card issuance month, correct? Thanks in advance.
Yes, the second calendar month. Like December, will count January as the second month. This is definitely counted for milestone. But if even the first month is counted, that's good news for everyone.
I personally have no confirmation of the same however. People with genuine spends also have complained about not getting anything in the first month.

If someone would kindly clarify - 1. Does it make sense to get Magnus if travel is not expected to be a redemption option? 2. How would one go about with spends exceeding 1L a month? I have seen claims and calculations, however, I'd like an opinion from someone who has the card and has been using it for a couple of months or so.
It doesnt make sense if you dont want to convert it to airmiles. Airmiles conversion is a loot
Tradingfriend wrote:Most popular GV is amazon but there is no way one can buy 50-60k amazon GVs every month from any place for long.Without relying on GV purchase ? Why ?
Ransome wrote:But axis customer care is still denying that monthly milestone is only valid from second month of card issuance , they have even send this on writing. Is there anyone who has received milestone for card issuance month itself ?Today, the Axis Bank escalation team has clarified in an email shared on Twitter that the Milestone benefits of 25k points apply from the 1st month i.e. from the card issuance date. Also, the website terms and conditions updation is in progress.Post edited. The escalation team's email reply is shared on Twitter.
