Axis Neo MasterCard is showing " 100% cashback upto 300rs on utility bill payment" for me as I'm new user. But which platform I should use?

I couldn't find any tnc in app. Anyone got it recently and got the cashback please respond.

I have this on Rupay but whenever I enter this card details on amazon payment page for adani bill payment via CC the payment page either reloads or shows in process. I never receive OTP etc. idk what's wrong but the card limits, usage etc is all active. Someone please help
