I have flipkart axis credit card but not bank account with axis can i use axis bank netbanking. When i try to register for first time it asks for customer ID or registered mobile number, i have customer ID for my flipkart cc but after entering it shows error stating “invalid user credentials” same error with mobile number. Also when i try to apply for another axis credit card it asks if i am already a axis bank customer but when i enter mobile number is says “details not found for given mobile number” how can i fix that pls share your suggestions T I A

Just sign up , nowadays brands/companies provide faster resolution than traditional emails. Make sure to share information in DMs only
I m unable to access my recently obtained LTF FK axis cc on axis mobile app nor on netbanking
Not only that i m not even able to generate pin for my axis card (becoz they sent me replacement card as origianlly given virtual card was not delivered for 2 months)
Put several complains alone for physical card delievery.
Now login n pin issue
Ps- only able to access on FK app!

I am not familiar with axis bank, got my flipkart axis card 3 months ago but after reading threads in Desidime axis support is poor i hope your problems resolve soon

No idea, write to both with screenshot or Add in flipkart manually if it resolve. Many had this problem.
For FC Axis card I am able to use through the website. Cannot use app as that is linked to a different mobile number.
Axis is worst. Have a salary account with them. Applied and got fk axis which they issued on diff cust id.
Cc says go to branch and merge ur cust ids. Branch says we have no idea.
Log a ticket with them, you can use the instant chat option available on Axis website. They will activate it within 3-4 days, however they might change the customer ID.
