Axis prestige account Complimentary MYZONE credit card

Hi, i have opened Prestige account 4 months ago and maintaining Good AMB of 1.5l.

But i have not yet received Complimentary MYZONE credit card.

Anyone holding same account can confirm what would be the process, or i would be getting it as pre approved after some time?

P.S my earlier (6 months ago) axis credit card applications got declined.

They don’t send any card complimentary. I had the same account once. I waited for 3 months and then applied for Myzone card and got instant approval with credit limit in just 5 mins. After that I negotiated with customer care after 3 months to make the card LTF which they did easily with charges reversed, Following that I downgraded my account to their lowest tier.
