Forget getting new cc these dumb cc people cancelled my ace cc without any request/confirmation over any mode of communication or any kind of retention call(maybe they r getting rid of ace cc) Only saviour being bill pending otherwise it would have been cancelled and i have to request them to not cancel my ace card and they now assured me that it will be active in 2 working days

they havnt blocked it otherwise they wouldnt have taken request to reactivate card.
due to summers 10kelectricity bill 1k lpg-5%,and 5k misc-2% spends,
in winters hardy 5-6k per month

how did u come to know that your card has been cancelled ?

Upon cancellation request, AXIS temp blocks the card which turned out to be beneficial for you and these can be activate anytime by customer support. After  a week or two, they call again and if they can't convince the customer then final cancellation. This might change soon as RBI expects the card closure to done in less than a week

My transaction declined, -Transaction declined due to invalid card status, When I tried to open card control center in app i got error -some features are disabled for security reasons

But cc would have told me if that was the case,they told me,we have received cancellation request from you but when I asked when did I request for cancellation? All they said was so u want to reactivate the card?
