
Axis stopped upgrade CC by calling customer care

Today i called axis customer care to upgrade my existing Flipkart credit to get a new one.
I was informed it has been stopped. Now you can't upgrade your card to get another card by calling cc executives.
Any workaround?

my cousin applied this card via cc on 2nd aug which got approved and about to be delivered
edit-i cancelled my ltf myzone card(oldest cc held by me) to get airtel one

After a week or two, they call again and if they can't convince the customer then final cancellation. This might change soon as RBI expects the card closure to done in less than a week
they havnt blocked it otherwise they wouldnt have taken request to reactivate card.
due to summers 10kelectricity bill 1k lpg-5%,and 5k misc-2% spends,
in winters hardy 5-6k per month
