bajaj app & sbi virtual debit card

i keep getting the below error when trying to use the sbi virtual debit card on the bajaj upi app on both bill payment and wallet load. it doesn't even trigger otp page
it works fine on amazon wallet mobikwik etc
anyone knows of any fix for this.
also is there any wallet load which is still giving rp on virtual debit car
