Hello Dimers,
This is to inform you guys of the troubles I am facing with BAJAJ Pay Wallet/BAJAJ Finserv App.
Due to the greed of the cash back offers, I signed up for the KYC of the BAJAJ Pay Wallet/BAJAJ Finserv App.
Had deposited around 11K under their add Rs. 1000 offer.
After adding when I tried to transfer to an UPI ID, they blocked my account.
Somehow I tried to raise a ticket using their sluggish app, which kept on logging out.
Their response on my complaint is we are looking into it, etc. asking my ID card and 3 months bank statement....
I realised they have blocked public replies on all social media handles, which are full of malpractice complaints.
They are notorious usury lenders with horrendous recovery and marketing practices.
Anyone else faced such issue?

Faced issue regarding account block due to app use in multiple location. Contacted them via email and it was resolved in 3 days. They jst asked location details and pan card details.
RBI action on them was due to these malpractices only
Suspicious activity kr karan aisa har wallet ya bank acc karta hai.. share detail they ask it will unblocked
Bajaj Finance complaint lodging mechanism is very bad they don't want you to lodge a complaint.

Can anyone help me get this wallet unblock?
Using bajaj finserv app from last 7 months... Haven't faced any issue yet
