People I know who have BoB Easy Credit Card, received it LTF, including myself.
Bob website may show annual charges, so try getting it through a agent.

You can get but BOB cards are now devalued too much plus they cheat by not giving 5X RPs even on valid spends giving merchant code/MCC excuse so they had essentially made them a useless product
