Balance transfer from SBI(9.2ROI) to BoB good? or BoB will mess up?

SBI did 3 CIBIL hits in 48hrs to bring down CIBIL below 800 and charged more interest;

reported to cibil as self employed with 30K salary while they sanctioned 1cr loan(so dumbs😌); even after submitting CIBIL report they are not ready to accept/correct

auto deduction failed once and another cibil hit of 30pts(restored after complaint) horrible SBI for everything I need to reach bank and their treatment is very bad like they will push you around 4-5 desks on different floors also
