I have completed my VKYC today at 12:45PM, actually issue in my Google Chrome Browser So I wasn’t able to do VKYC, So I completed my VKYC using Firefox browser & kyc was successful.

Bhai did you applied with salary slip or c2c… What is the limit required for c2c?? 

Was any physical verification done?? How was documents submitted..?? Physical or online??

bro done my V-KYC today. Have you got any confirmation after doing V-kyc? KYC agent only asked me to show PAN card and signature. But haven’t asked me to show aadhar. Is it the same procedure for you?

Its same…they don’t ask aadhar. Only pan. Now you will only get approved or decline message. If you will open vkyc link again..it will show you already completed.

Ya Bro exactly same Procedure for me….No confirmation received from their end after VKYC & link showing “You session expired” When I click again.

Yes link expire after some hours. If you check right after completing it will show completed or done. As per dimers there was physical verification for most cases except few. Decline approval wait is different for everyone,  from few days to month. So sit back and wait

i have heard for most of the people they do verify home address after V-kyc. Let’s see.

There’s no physical verification in my case. I applied on Feb 23 as an existing customer(it asked for ITR and I uploaded card statement ), received VKYC on March 4th. My card got approved on 7th March and waiting for the card dispatch.

I tried Saturday for VKYC but after wasted 3 hours I realised that maybe no agent available but I know very well that KYC link valid only for few hours so I Rescheduled KYC for Monday but after that I click SMS link its showing “application pending from client side” & I received new link on mail When I rescheduled VKYC, I did VKYC Sunday & after VKYC I click new link its showing “your session Expired”

So Bro definately our VKYC successfully completed.

Ok. But they did mention aadhar xml file format too?
And it has been more than a month since i got the V-kyc link, will it be valid till now? And if it doesn’t then how to get a new one. Any idea?

Yes. Download latest adr xml. and generate code. Need to enter on vkyc link. Agent will only check pan sign and your live photo

FYI BoB Financial is a wholly owned subsidiary of BoB. The card issuing entity here is the BoB Financial.
