Are you sure it is cibil score.?

High possibility of experian score it is.

OneScore is a decent app (with no spam) to check CIBIL credit score, even Google Pay fetches CIBIL credit score once in a month

Once check on onescore for confirmation, I cross checked multiple times with Cibil official website and onescore is almost accurate. But you made a slight mistake by checking on bankbazaar, prepare yourself for spam loan calls.
