If applied with consent , proper nominees and provide physical copy of insurance, then this insurance scheme is actually a good scheme, given the fact many Indians don't opt for insurance in their lifetime

Few days  back I had seen something similar written in my bank where they had written the target and enrollment done in various types of bank accounts. I didn't understand what was the purpose now I can correlate that data with this. I am no way alleging that my bank was also doing fraud transactions because I have not seen any wrong deduction in my 2 accounts.

SBI is notorious for this. At least in my case the branch manager requested to buy it. I couldn’t say no. The yearly premium is around 250 rupees for 2 lakh or so life cover. But I called SBI to stop auto renewal and they stopped it in an instant. So it’s all good.
