I had bad experience with bbdaily , there was an offer running where every 4-5 days later they sent free milk pouch, I got that subscription thinking will save money and loaded 3000 in bbnow wallet. First few weeks were good but then they started showing true colours. They would mark my order as delivered without delivering, after raising complaints they were quick to refund money but this goes on 2 weeks continuously, I had to complain daily and only after complaining they would refund money. Then I got fed up and asked them to refund the money and transfer it to bigbasket, they sent the money to bigbasket wallet, where I ordered grocery.

I have been ordering milk via BBnow for last 3 mths. the particular variety of A2 milk is available only in BBnow and blinkit at my location.
