My BBPS Transaction (14/03) got failed/cancelled and the refund was issued immediately with the same transaction id. I had done the transaction using credit card. Still I haven't received the refund in my credit card. How many days does it to refund? How to contact BBPS customer care? Any idea? Please help.
Hello bro! Hope you are doing well. For credit cards the refund usually takes 7 to 14 working days. If you won't receive the refund even after the above mentioned time, contact your card issuer with RRN provided by your bill payment provider. Since all of these processes are automated, don't worry about it. You will receive the refund soon.
