Transactions are coming as Gyftr intstead Gyftr via Sb
For the First you wont get any bonus reward points
This is happening if you have saved your card details (tokenization)
Do not transact using saved card otherwise you will get 0 SB rewards as it is not tracking
Another issue there is no way to remove the card once its saved
Gateway is Payu
To overcome this enter your saved card manually and then proceed

"via smartbuy" is needed, you may have got lapsed cookie in that case...
If you do not receive correct smartbuy amount after atleast 15 days, raise concern to grievance email with transaction details.

As per my points calc (Unbilled, calculated from netbanking), I got proper extra SB points (4X) for GYFTR GURGAON.

Earlier, I used to get the bonus reward points for Gyftr within the same month's statement, but for the last 2 months, I was only getting standard reward point on "Gyftr via SB" but no bonus reward points.
I dropped an email to HDFC customer care; and they said that the bonus reward points from Gyftr will be credited within 90 days. Is that correct? Can any other Infinia card holder kindly confirm?
