Bengaluru to get suburban train soon

Suresh Angadi, Minister of State for Railways said in Rajya Sabha that, Central Government is studying the long- pending ₹17,000 crore suburban rail project for Bengaluru city and will give a nod after getting details about land from the Karnataka government.

Karnataka state government has submitted a revised detailed project report to propose 55 suburban railway stations which will cover about 150 km of distance.
