Best Bank for homeloan

Hi , I wanted to ask which bank gives low ROI on loan. I have cibil of 800. I will be taking home loan after few months. so wanted to ask as opinion.

HDFC/ICICI does not have online support, restrictions to make prepayments and what not... SBI is best

dont go with hdfc .. no online support .. have to visit brnach even for small prepayments .. took axis next time.. good support until now

In my view, If there is any doubts over property Documents or something and want comfort, go with SBI, detailed checking and everything by book but you will face slow process with stringent verification.

If want quicker loan and dealing with property with some issues that you can live with go for any private bank or NBFC with low processing fee and interest rate.

If loan amount is big go for Smart Home Loan instead of normal like SBI Max gain as you get liquidity and low net interest charges till loan account is active.

@alexhunter789 Heed this advice. This is the best. Surprisingly SBI home loan dept. is very responsible in dealing with customers as notice form my relative's interactions with them.

As what I've seen on SM that SBI is the best for home loan as you can prepay amount without going to branch each time.... HDFC or pvt banks are not helpful if we want to prepay
