Need Suggestion for best Credit Card for Society Maintenance Payment

I need to make around 15000 Rs per month payment for Society maintenance charges and electricity bill payments. The app used for the same is Xenius and the MCC for payment gateway comes under utility category and accepts only VISA, RUPAY and Mastercards. I already have SBI Cashback, ICICI Amazonpay, Axis Vistara and AMEX MRCC credit cards. Can you please suggest how to make this payment for maximum benefits.

If it allows to split and accept amex card
then amex mrcc 1500x4 + 9000
and spend remaining amount where you need to complete 20000 spend

It is not accepting Amex card.
