Not a credit card but the current combination you're using is decent enough if you're not booking tickets every now and then.

HDFC Smartbuy + HDFC Bank DC (5% cashback)

Upon cancellation, cashback isn't reversed, I've observed this for last 2 ticket cancellations. Although it's a loss anyway (in case of cancellation) but the non-reversal of cashback helps with the loss a bit if ticket price was on the higher side.
