Can someone recommend the best credit card for free International lounge at Airports?
The annual fees should also be reversible once we spend a specific amount (up to 50,000 INR annually)

interntional lounge acess:HDFC regalia is given LTF if your income is higher than Rs 1 lac per month.
domestic lounge acess given by many LTF cards like idfc first select, indusind legend, regalia, millennia, yes premia and many more
The best option you have is to get hdfc regalia (2500/year) which provide you with priority pass with 6 international lounge access. There are times you can get it as ltf from hdfc. But annual fee reversal limit is way above 50k for it if you can’t get it as ltf card.
You can check out rupay credit card which also provide some international lounge access. I have not used rupay cards so I do not know much about them.

can someone name the places where they have used the card as well so that I get a better picture of where they don't ask for business class tickets when going to lounge with the eligible card?
