I hold platinum easyshop from HDFC and on the website it's mentioned that 1% cashback is applicable only on telecom and utilities.
Are you sure credit card payment would attract cashback and also in how many days would the cash points get credited after the transaction?
TIA

Thanks brother and yea I'm pretty new to this.
Just paid a cc bill using plat dc from cred, lol cashback lost. Also can't give karma as of now, I'd have if I could.

Sometimes card blocked on selected merchants but you can try after few days.
Many websites are availabe to pay for credit card bill repayment through debit cards and you can use there RBL bank Signature+ Debit Card.
Return Ratio: If you max. out the spends, i.e. 1L per month X 12= 12L in a year, you receive:
- 1000 GV per month X 12 = 12K points
- 5000 GV per year X 1 = 5K points
Total= 17K on an effective joining fee of (5900-5000)= 900 INR. Renewal fee anyway will be Zero from next year upon spending 3L+ in previous year.
- Return Percentage for 1st year= (17K-900)/12L ~ 1.34%
- Return percentage next year onwards= 17K/12L ~ 1.41%
Best Value: If your spends aren’t that high, hitting 5L in a year is the sweet spot.
In 1st year You get 5K Monthly + 5K Annual benefit = (10K-900)/5L ~ 1.82%
And next year onwards you get (5K + 5K)/5L ~ 2%
If you spend more than 12L in a year, return value goes downwards. As you can see, this card holds good till annual spends of 12L max only (preferably 1L per month spend with minimum 10K in a month to earn cashbacks as GV)
GVs available: Wide range of GVs with multiple price points are available for redemption against both Welcome/ Monthly benefits. Notable ones are Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Bigbasket etc.
Except for the no permanent blocking part. I read the features of this debit card last night on the cardexpert website.
i would like to know, how easy is it to close account with rbl? just in case all options get closed for rewards or there is a devaluation..

SBI is not under bbps yet.
SBI - use mobikwik or HDFC billpay portal to get your 1% cashback.
Is there a single portal which will give CB for all cards?

Thanks Abhishek bhai. I will keep hdfc as primary mode and use mobikwik for banks not available there. I hope i knew this earlier.
xxScriptzXx wrote:Is it possible to pay a Kotak CC bill with Payzapp wallet balance?
Mobikwik and hdfc bill pay for hdfc platinum. With payzapp, you can use for bbps billers like kotak and bob.
Does HDFC Platinum DC give rewards/cashback other than this 1% on utility or cc cill like wallet loading or any online transaction?
xxScriptzXx wrote:Can we pay the same CC's bill multiple times?
Yes. Kotak and bob which are bbps billers

I am trying to pay my Kotak cc bill through payzapp but it's showing no bill due while my bill due date is 8th May so is there any way to fix it?
anyone able to redeem cb received from easyshop platinum in hdfc net banking?
its showing error since past two days.
"We apologize, but this facility is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Does HDFC Platinum provide cashback for payments using Cheq.
neel648 wrote:I paid HDFC CC Bill on Mobikwik using HDFC Platinum DC one week ago. But Cashback not reflected in HDFC Portal. In statement it shows as" POS Mobikwik ". I doubt these POS transactions eligible for CB.
Note hdfc bill pay and mobikwik these 2 ONLY eligible for cashback reward point .. No other not even paytm, cred or even cheq is eligible for cashback.

Does Paytm add money works for 1% reward
abhishek012 wrote:Yes. You can use RBL bank Signature+ Debit Card on Paytm wallet load and then pay to your credit card bill using your paytm wallet balance or free transfer to bank account.
they only mentioned POS or Ecom so i was sceptical as to Paytm wallet is included for reward points or not.So no issues right i can proceed with wallet load and still can claim 1% reward ?

In order,
Rbl signature+ - 1%
Hdfc platinum - 1%
Indusind world exclusive / signature exclusive / platinum exclusive - 0.93%
Sc premium cashback / prime cashback - 5% upto 500
All gives cashback for credit card payment
