Best Debit Card to Pay Advance/Self Assessment Income Tax?

I guess many of you might have to pay self assessment or advance taxes for IT and that can be an amount in thousands. It allows only netbanking and debit cards of a few select banks through the official TIN NSDL site. Many banks seem to have excluded govt. payments like this out of rewards or cashback program for debit cards.
Question is, is there any which offer rewards/CB for the same? If you have you received or have suggestions which ones can work, please share...
I will add info on my own research too.

How to get rewards for sbi ac holders for platinum category as per net banking high balance maintaince into saving ac? For plantium they mention get 3X rewards. So if I'm getting 0.25*2 for 200 rs transaction. I will get Rs.1.5 for 200 isn't?

@kukdookoo SBI pe milta hai lag raha hai... govt payment+govt bank! Aur cashback to cashback hi hota hai, agar gst chalu karde to sab pe laagu...
