Kotak 811 and AU Bank. I am personally using them, both offer good services.
For both, there is one recurring annual charge, it's for physical debit card (In case of Kotak811, physical debit card is optional, so no charges if you do not opt for it.)
Using Kotak 811 for a while now, So eventually received pre approved Credit Card offer too. (League Platinum RuPay CC - Lifetime Free)

not aware of debit card charges but these two are good options. good experience with AU. kotak I havent tried yet. but it got good reviews on the internet ig.

i prefer using Paytm Payments bank
1. becoz it can be used as UPI wallet which can be used to pay any QR code.
2. also they give monthly interest i think so (not sure).
3. Virtual debit card free of all charges.

Kotak 811, IndusInd Indie, AU Digital account, SBI online account and BOB online account.
dont opt BOB they r worst..no cash deposit in online opened account..their app is banned by rbi..staff has no information

I have not faced any issues so far, so far their service has been reliable, customer care is mostly responsive.
I haven't visited branch for any cash deposit or cash withdrawal services (or for any other services for the matter), so can't comment on those.
edit: Their on boarding process is fast. For full KYC, their executives can come to your work place or home, no need for you to visit branch.
