Best way to pay apartment bills (maintenance charges + electricity) through paytm

Hello,

Looking for ideas on how best to pay (avail cashbacks / discounts, credit card reward points etc) apartment dues through Paytm - my society is listed on Paytm. I need to pay approximately 7K per month, and the society has a combined billing system (maintenance + electricity).

I am not much aware about credit card features thus this question. I have SBI simply click (would it give 5X reward points?) and ICICI Apay cards presently. I also have option of swiping the card physically at society office as well.

Suggestions welcome !

Some payment apps (cred/paytm/mobikwik/freecharge, etc.) have apartments/societies listed under them through BBPS, you can inquire society staff if your society has such option. SimplyClick should give 1.25% as this is online payment.

If you want to swipe, the best card among what you have is apay @ 1%

Thanks, may be I was not clear - Apartment is listed in Paytm (I will edit original post to make this clear), so no worries on that front. Questions was more around which mode payment can helpful for cashbacks.
