try this way
1. place COD order via neu app
2.open BB app or website, go to orders and apply voucher complete payment
3. it worked for me 3 months for Indusind 20% offer, last month twice once ordered directly and 2nd time purchased gvs thru PayU
4. for some people this trick not working - in that case u need to look for BB a/c where it works

But isnt redeeming gv first on big basket app and then ordering through nue app with wallet more clean and no account specific issues as well
