Bob account issue

Bank branch manager is corrupted and always saying its tecnical issue wait for few days since last 2 month for update new email and phone number change, how to update this without branch manager involve because we given access to our business partner for net banking  so we attached his email and phone number previously but now we terminated so he try to misuse our bank account and branch manager also corrupted. 

Can we update our account phone and email details Or can we apply new debit or check book from bob non home branch?
