Help - BOB added a membership fee of 2499+ GST for LTF premier card

BOB - Bahut Odd Bank in terms of ALL SERVICES TOO. HEADACHEFULL.

Do you have any proof that it was ltf when you applied

For eg. An email where you confirmed about ltf status or a screenshot while applying for the card that said its ltf ?

If you have even 1 out of these 2, you can easily get the charges reversed by emailing the Nodal Officer.

If you have none then, only an experienced person can help you with it.

Kotak also is fooling customers, they are sending offer campaign emails and after few months levying all fees, now a days we can't trust even banks too. I am sharing one factual experience.

Good news. Sent mail to nodal office and PNO yesterday with proofs. Got positive reply today😀

Sbi bhi add karta hai . Next month reversal hota hai.. seems it will be the case.. best answer owner can say or bob
