bob card app is not working after phone change

Hi guys, I successfully completed my number change throughout app is working fine. Like OTP UPI but app is not responding well not data fetching from it server . Also , I unable to deregister device (no option available for thatl. Uninstall or clear app data also didn't working. Same login mpin page re accruing again n again. What todo? :frowning:

U have to call bank helpline and tell them to deregister app from old phone or phone number. Or, tell them your problem first, they will suggest what to do.

I don't have experience in bob app.

But for SBI above is the process.
