BOB Card Approved without any verification
After reading various discussions &Â threads in desidime community, finally decided to apply Snapdeal BOB card.
I applied the card on 15th OCT. Then last 12 days no response from BOB.
Today suddenly received dispatch SMS from BOB, speed post tracking number mentioned.
Interestingly BOB doesn't do any Video KYC or Physical KYC, No home Visit, not even got any single phone call from bob for the verification. they automatically dispatched, process is literally very smooth, definitely better than axis.

No existing relationship with BOB.
Last year was trying to open bob digital account for rupay platinum cards. But those moron rejected my video kyc due to PAN card image. Their system not even recognized my 7 years old image. They suggested me to visit branch, but I clearly ignored that suggestion, and later opened account with au & equitas bank with video kyc for rupay platinum cards without any hassle.

No, only online shopping & Grocery.
other spend 1% cashback rewards.
Also 2.5% cashback rewards upto 500 per month (after that 1% cashback).
Rewards point credit to card statement next month.

Had the same experience in February. Was out of the country hence couldn't even do vkyc nor attend their calls. The card was dispatched after 96 days.

Only if this gave 2.5% in other MCCs except online shopping category... Mostly wanted for online education fees payment through eduqfix (categorized as "other" in onecard)

Had applied for select card in May, was rejected (maybe due to docs not clear), didn't pursue further. Cool-off period is over. My other cards were recently upgraded/reissued, so that won't work now, right? They need minimum 6 months old card? Also, masking part of card number from front face is allowed?

@Dileep_kumar Then that spoils things as card issue month is printed on face and all cards got reissues a few months ago...
Also these days, on some cards front side has name and reverse the card number. So both sides needed and cvv needs to be masked?
Anyway, looks like I need to postpone till atleast 6 months of card issue date... @bikidas2060 @bohemian

1 year is needed bhai. And one more thing you can always show your itr income as well. 🙂🙂🙂 No issues in that part at all. My own sister, who is a govt servant, applied for Bob card and she had to share the salary slip. No office verification/ no doc verification was done. In case of self employment they do ask questions about signboard of the office etc over phone. Everything is manageable bhai.Â

Bhai, don't worry about address. Unlike Axis, Bob guys allow biz n residence to have same address.Â
Under biz just mention as you have already told us. 🙂 They ll ask things regarding your biz over call but that's that. 🙂
