process was smooth,and card was delivered in a week ,i already have bank account with them , so didn't do any kyc aswell.
update : I sent a mail. Response was super quick just in few hours they confirmed that it's LTF 
Gratz for getting the card:) Mine got rejected I think for self employed hehe they wanted more proper proof:) which i was not able to give , just gave what ever i had:) but let me see if its approved or not soon:) it shows still in process so not sure i will be approved for me:)
Am also planning to take a bob card. Which one is the best overall and which one is best in ltf category?

But both are paid.
For LTF:
I took Bob premier as it was the best among 3 cards that they offered to me as ltf.
Just check which cards they are offering u as ltf.
