BOB CC offeres not working with One Card issues BOB financial CC

Tried to used One Card CC issues on BOB financial for a transaction on Flopkart having BOB CC offer. It was not taking the card. Isn't this was working till few months back?

OneCard is a co-branded credit card issued by Scheduled commercial Banks and Financial Institutions in partnership
The issuing Banks/Financial Institutions are
Onecard issued by BoB will not work for any BoB offers ; but I heard if issuer is Federal , the offers are considered.

One card is generally treated like a sperate bank by merchants, hence issuer bank offers will not work on one card
