BoB Geeks Assemble - Unable to Request Virtual DC for Bank of Baroda Lite Savings A/C

I opened Bank of Baroda Lite Savings A/C for my mother at the time when RBI had banned onboarding new customers on their mobile banking app (bob World), so, I couldn't request for virtual debit card and then after successful generation of virtual DC, I would've requested for physical DC. I did the exact same drill when I opened my Advantage Savings A/C.
Fast forward to today, RBI has lifted the ban and the app doesn't let me generate virtual DC.
A few questions :
1. Is it true that BoB only lets you generate virtual DC when there's no physical DC associated with the account?
2. In this scenario what can be done? Do I need to hotlist physical DC, generate virtual DC and then again request for physical DC, is that the right approach for this issue?
3. Or, is it true that there's no option to generate virtual DC for Lite Savings A/C (hard to believe this though) ?
Requesting input from people as I do know there would be a few people in the same boat as Lite Savings A/C delivers one of the best value because of conditional LTF RuPay Platinum physical DC.

I was unable to get cvv for virtual card so regenerated new card got same issue again. Now unable to generate virtual card exceeds the yearly limit. Anyone knows how to get a working virtual card now without going to branch
Its a common problem of bob. Do not panic. Solution:
1. Try only in banking hours. (Prefered11 am to 2pm monday to friday)
2. If it gives error dont panic try again next day it will work.

I think virtual card can't be generated on lite account
It's a major issue. Bob haven't mentioned it earlier in any info on site that they will not issue virtual DC like they provide on other account variants. But I don't think we can do anything it's their policy. But try to raise it to higher bob authorities & rbi eventually. Try harder.
Can i open bob lote account with a number not same as aadhar registered number?
How to apply for BoB Geeks? What is the criteria? What if I come here and everyone dis-emble's?

Before, users could generate a virtual DC for Lite Savings accounts, but as soon as users pounced on it, it was removed.
Lite SA was introduced at the time when RBI has banned onboarding of new customers to bob World app and after the ban is lifted, no one has been able to generate the virtual DC (as per my knowledge).
Is VIRTUAL rupay platinum debit issuance and annual charge free without maintaining qab?
BOB site says "If QAB is not maintained ,Annual fee on debit card will be applied as per Banks extant guideline".
In charges, it says rupay platinum debit card issuance fee is 300 and annual charges are - 1st Year Free & Second Year onwards Rs 300/-.
But no specific mention of virtual or physical. So if both are same, is virtual card generation also charged 300? Or is it not possible to generate only virtual without physical? Totally confused.
