since it's a RuPay Platinum debit card, benefits of RuPay Platinum offered by RuPay should be honored and you should get airport lounge access ... I've used it on my PNB RuPay Platinum DC, that too at 080 Lounge and BLR, Terminal 1 which is considered a premium lounge with low acceptance rate
