BOB Rupay Credit Card UPI Charge back request
Recently i am facing issue with ONDC order not delivered order by paytm ONDC section raise complaint already with Paytm ticket support as well as twitter but no valid help desk i am noticing that can help me out with refund from ONDC.
I am looking to file chargeback transaction dispute but BOB denying same mentioned transaction already settled so contact to merchant we can't help you with charge back already mailed to crm & escalations email no positive response .
Even today i approached finally to store person where i placed order that person contact not reachable from last 3 days person mentioned we haven't got any order from ONDC their is different back end team for order collection & delivery so we can't help horrible experience.
Any recently filled charge back with BOB Financial Card kindly help me with this i am unable to get any solution till now every team playing own way like Paytm, Merchant & BOB.
Any specific approach i missing on Rupay UPI Transaction chargeback @shraaj @abhishek012 kindly look & suggest.

Simply mail bob and tell whatever the issue is they will take charge back request and process the same I made chargeback at bob for rupay cc UPI trnx
Please brief Me steps already mailed to crm mail id 2 times in 5 days no one taking cares.
Even their toll free no dumb simply denying contact to merchant we are not responsible this is your headache no refund nothing works.

Direct contact ONDC network na ? or not possible ?
