i have booked a wrong ticket for an event on bookmyshow which says cancellation n modifications not allowed.

has anyone had any positive experience with such modifications?

can you provide any escalation mail/contact details.

I've been there once, I booked a ticket on the wrong date, Tried everything in my power, twitter, calling, email everything but they wont ever answer back. I don't think they do cancel but that will be if they respond, most probably they wont respond.
