Bsnl help need urgent

I found my old bsnl sim card the number is on but outgoing and incoming is not available,when I call they said “your account is temporarily suspended and recharge the sim” I try the recharge through Paytm but they denied to recharge from bsnl I try to call 198 but it for landline and broadband complaint then I try to call 123 but they didn’t connect the phone to customer care.
What should I do I am in too far from nearest city like in the town low data network .if anyone recharge ping me please I will pay😇
Thank in advance ,it’s urgent please help

did you get the instruction “press 9 to talk to cc” after selecting “prepaid” option

Lazy ass people. Shitting on line.
Have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes just to talk to cc.
Doesn’t it have minimum 20 rupees? If not then it may have gone in grace 2 period. Still try calling bsnl cc via second number.
Try tarrif recharge,plan migration recharge.
Or visit bsnl office if number is important

I waited 20-30 minutes for 2 times but call was auto cut I don’t know why…

Looks like bsnl is not terminating connection to retain customers.How many days was it inactive ? Did u have to submit id proof again ?

Now BSNL is barring incoming in gp2 so it has become like airtel etc. No benefit taking bsnl 3g , any other 4g sim is far better .

The sim was inactive since 1-2 year,I think no I don’t remember 😇

I just put sim on mobile the sim was active incoming and outgoing are blocked but I can call in 123 &198 but they didn’t connect the call to customer care 😇

Its inactive but not dead. Try to recharge with Rs 74/75 .
If it doesn’t work you may have to reactivate (submit documentation) because the grace period ends after few months of plan expiry. Simply go to nearest Bsnl CC with documents.

Missing
