Bsnl introduced new rs107 plan with validity of 90days.

Rs 107 is better than 397 .. 
Only new users ?? Or old users ?
But the calling benefit in the plan will be valid for 24 days only.
On the other hand, this plan also offers 10GB of free data, which you can use for 30 days.

Select circle ‘Andhra Pradesh’ > scroll down to
“PLAN Extension” or “PLAN Migration” > open list and location the 107₹ PV > call 18001801503 and reconfirm with CS > also reconfirm if any fair priced PV with ‘per second’ pulse instead of ‘per minute’ pulse is there > if yes, please let me know too.
Only 100 min free in TN circle..
There is also another plan for ₹197 gives 150 days cheaper than ₹397 plan (2*197 = ₹394 {300 days validity})

Yes u can send sms… my balance was ₹0.98 .. i sent one sms it costed 0.38
