Call from CRED recieved

Hello All,
i just received a call from CRED, which was suspicious to me.
He said that, we as CRED giving you a small gesture which will be delivered to your office address only.
He even asked me to confirm my office address.
When i checked the number on true caller it came out of Ferns n Petals (not sure it is correct).
I just gave my Company name and he said, ok sir, i have looked up on google about the address and it will be delivered on monday to you.
did any one of you got the same call?
the call came from a delhi landline number and my office is in Delhi-NCR.

the guy on call said, they are delivering to everybody who are using CRED.

btw not sure about those 2 black sleeves with 3m double sided tape attached is used for? to hold a card? if yes, why with a double sided tape?

SAD to hear this sir…btw, the cake was really good and yummy. I guess the only cake which i ate completely in my whole life.

that call is long back now, i am not sure if they still are calling out people.
though have received 4 or 5 times some random gifts from cred.
